Rules and Regulations:

These official rules apply to each of the twelve (12) drawings to be held. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW OR REGULATION. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

Win an iPod from Cajalco-Temescal Storage Center is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of Vault Storage and their immediate families are ineligible. One iPod will be given away each month. Participants must print and fill out an entry form from the Cajalco-Temescal Storage Center website, bring completed form to their storage facility of choice, take a tour and then will be entered to win an iPod for that month.

Enter to win an iPod promotion will begin December 1, 2008, each entry period will end on the last day of the month. Participants may enter one time per person; if a participant enters more than one time, only the first entry received will be counted.

One Winner per month will be randomly drawn from among ALL valid entries received from Cajalco-Temescal Storage Center for that month.

PRIZE:
The Winner will receive an Apple iPod MP3 player (model to be determined, approximate retail value: $100). The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. Cajalco-Temescal Storage Center reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees and surcharges on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. This drawing is governed by the laws of the U.S. and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Cajalco-Temescal Storage Center, its related companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries or damage of any kind relating to the drawing or any prize won. Participant agrees that any disputes arising out of this prize drawing shall be resolved before a court of competent jurisdiction located in California.
